We do not have an exchange option at this time; however, you can initiate a return*(https://www.musepets.com/shipping-returns) for eligible purchases and place a new order at your convenience.

Please contact us (https://www.musepets.com/contact)with a photo of what was received, and we’ll take care of it right away.
For most items, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process a return.
Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
